WHITE LIE

My agent has set up some auditions for me for Pepto Bismal.
A series of network spots.
I call her assistant and tell her that I am sick and have a hurt foot.
I ask her to "book me out" for at least a week.

This is the first time in my life that I have ever turned down an audition,
knowing that I could physically be there.

I limp when I walk (right now). The casting director might be annoyed.
And if I booked it, could I deal vocally and physically with the pressure for
a two day shoot?

This is just temporary. I WILL get my mojo back.
